Some specialty medical consultations attract higher fees than standard appointments. The cost of procedures like removal of skin lesions, biopsies and wound repairs vary depending on the condition. This is because Medicare provides different rebates depending on what is being treated.  Your doctor can always provide you with an estimate of expected total and out-of-pocket costs prior to booking your procedure.Additional fees and charges may apply depending on the consultation requirements.  These may be for things such as ECG, Consumables for wound care or procedure (See below).  In some cases completion of complex forms may incur additional charges (eg. employment medical, insurance or commercial driver's license exams).​

At our clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all patients. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, another patient loses the opportunity to see a doctor. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we enforce the following Failure to Attend (FTA) and Cancellation Policy:Failure to Attend: Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice will be charged a full consultation fee relative to their booked appointment type.Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fixed cancellation fee:$65 for a standard consultation$120 for a long consultation​* Please note that these fees are not claimable through Medicare.* Future appointments cannot be booked until any outstanding failure to attend or late cancellation fees are settled.We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
