Dr Jonathan Lloyd

General Practitioner
Dr Jonathan Lloyd is a Canadian-born General Practitioner who completed his medical degree at the University of Wollongong in 2014. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Before becoming a GP, Jonathan trained in acute surgery, trauma, and transplant medicine across Queensland and in Canada.
After working at City Doctors & Travel Clinic in Hobart for 8 years, Jonathan decided that he wanted to do things differently and founded Entity Medical. He brings extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Skin Cancer and Travel Medicine. In addition his clinical work, Dr. Lloyd remains committed to teaching as a Clinical Lecturer for the University of Wollongong, a Supervisor for University of Tasmania Medical Students and has supervised six GP registrars through to RACGP fellowship.
In July 2025, he founded Entity Medical Hobart, a modern general practice built around patient needs and timely access to care.
Outside the clinic, he can usually be found with his dogs Kevin and Barry, or making yet another trip to Bunnings.

Dr Sacha Rose
FRACGP, RANZCOG, MBBS
General Practitioner
Dr Sacha Rose grew up in Hobart and graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 2016.
Following graduation, she completed the Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG) before commencing General Practice training in 2019. Dr Rose achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2022.
Dr Rose commenced work with Allergy Tasmania in 2021 and has developed a strong interest in the investigation and management of a broad range of allergic conditions. She particularly enjoys the assessment and treatment of allergic rhinitis and food allergies, alongside providing comprehensive general practice care.
Outside of work, Dr Rose enjoys camping, running, and adventuring with her young family.

Dr James Hall
FRACGP, MBBS, Dip. Skin Cancer Medicine, BVSc(hons)
General Practitioner
Dr James Hall completed his medical degree at Sydney University in 2013 and achieved his Fellowship in 2017. Before pursuing medicine, he spent six years working as a veterinary surgeon, bringing a uniquely broad clinical perspective to his general practice work.
In 2019, James relocated from the Central Coast of NSW to Hobart with his wife and two young daughters, and the family has embraced everything Tasmania has to offer.
Dr. Hall is an expert in Skin Cancer Medicine with close to a decade of advanced training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Hall provides both non-operative and advanced skin cancer surgery options to patients focusing on safety, prevention and optimising cosmetic outcomes.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys fishing, surfing, bushwalking, playing guitar, and creating art (some of which you can find on the walls of the clinic).

Dr Toby Croft
Psychologist
Dr Toby Croft is a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience in government, non-government and private practice settings. He was the manager of the Psychology Department at the Royal Hobart Hospital prior to starting full-time private practice in 2014.
He has a friendly, approachable style and uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He has wide experience in assisting people with issues including depression, worry, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, substance abuse, work-stress, unemployment stress, grief, relationship strain and loss, and other common wellbeing issues. He also has wide experience and interest in assisting people and their families with intellectual, cognitive or neurological issues including learning disorders, head injuries, stroke, dementia and similar.
Dr. Croft typically requires a referral from your GP or Specialist. He sees patients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, Dept. of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Workers Compensation and clients with Private Health Care funds that include Psychology cover.

Josh will be joining Entity Medical Hobart on select days as part of our collaboration with Kieser Physiotherapy to bring a holistic approach to you care.
With experience across SA, QLD, and TAS in Defence and Physiotherapy, Josh has worked in semi-professional roles in NBL1, QRL, and junior AFL.
Josh is passionate about rehab through strength and conditioning and enjoys travelling and exploring the outdoors through hikes and run.
